|Chopped fresh mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed beef consomme||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely diced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
In glass mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except sour cream.
Cook on roast (7) for 15 to 18 minutes or until thickened.
Garnish with dollops of sour cream, if desired.
