Leek And Potato Soup is a tasty soup that is simply irresistible. The Leek And Potato Soup is the perfect dish to start your dinner with. Try it.
  Chicken stock/Canned chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Leek 1 , diced

Bring the chicken stock to a boil.
Add the potatoes, onion, and leek.
Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the vegetables are tender.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Stir in the flour and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Do not let the mixture brown.
Heat the milk and add it to the butter and flour mixture, whisking until the mixture Is smooth and slightly thickened.
Add die stock and vegetables.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
