Chilled Plum Soup has a Outstanding taste.The tabasco sauce and Sour cream gives the Chilled Plum Soup Incredible taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Ripe plums 500 Gram
  Vegetable stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Brandy 2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil plums until mushy.
Remove seeds.
Puree pulp with a cup of vegetable stock, then mix in the rest of the vegetable stock, lime juice, sugar, tabasco sauce, cornflour, salt and pepper.
Stir constantly, bringing to the boil.
Cool.
Refrigerate.
