Spicy Red Pumpkin Soup
|Red pumpkin||500 Gram, deseeded|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken stock/Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream||4 Teaspoon (To Garnish)|
|Chili powder||1 Pinch (To Garnish)|
Microwave butter for 30 seconds, in a deep bowl.
Add pumpkin, onion and garlic stirring once in between.
Add 1/2 cup water and microwave at 70% power for 10 minutes.
Cool and liojjidize.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients carefully and microwave for 5 minutes until the soup comes to a boil
