Spicy Red Pumpkin Soup has a luminous taste. The chilli powder gives the Spicy Red Pumpkin Soup a mind blowing taste.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Red pumpkin 500 Gram, deseeded
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken stock/Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Cream 4 Teaspoon (To Garnish)
  Chili powder 1 Pinch (To Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Microwave butter for 30 seconds, in a deep bowl.
Add pumpkin, onion and garlic stirring once in between.
Add 1/2 cup water and microwave at 70% power for 10 minutes.
Cool and liojjidize.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients carefully and microwave for 5 minutes until the soup comes to a boil
