Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Homemade Or Commercial)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pitted frozen sour cherries 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh Or Thawed, Undrained, Do Not Use Canned)
  Grated orange zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey To Taste
Directions

Combine yogurt and salt in food processor or blender and mix until smooth and liquid.
Add cherries and juice and blend briefly (there should be small pieces of fruit remaining).
Pour into bowl and stir in zest and honey or sugar.
Chill at least 24 hours before serving.
