Ingredients
  Brown stock/White stock / tomato / chicken soup 1 Quart
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, pour cold water and soften the gelatin in it
2.Now add boiling hot soup to the bowl
3.Chill it in the refrigerator

SERVING
4.Serve in cups along with garlic bread, salads

TIPS
The trays of the mechanical refrigerator are excellent for chilling soups.
