Chilled Artichoke Soup
|Canned artichokes||14 Ounce|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon (Additional Chopped Chives For Garnish)|
Blend artichokes, a couple at a time so as not to clog the blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Top each soup cup with chopped chives before serving.
