Ingredients
  Milk/Part milk and part stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable pulp/Meat / fish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Take the liquid, flour, and fat, combine it to make the white sauce
2.In a pan, cook the vegetables or meat or fish until tender
3.Then drain them
4.Take a strainer and mash through the sieve
5.Combine the vegetable, meat, or fish pulp with the white sauce
6.Season to taste, and also beat using an egg beater

SERVING
7.Serve with garlic bread
