  Frozen pureed winter squash 24 Ounce, Defrosted (2 Packages Of 12 Ounce Each, Butternut Squash)
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Light Or Heavy)
  Ground toasted walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried chervil 2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Ground mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Toasted walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)

Combine all the ingredients except the walnuts to be used for garnish in a large saucepan and stir to blend well.
Cook the soup over medium heat until warmed through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Ladle the soup into bowls and add a few chopped walnut pieces in the center.
