Cream Of Onion Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Scalded milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Potato water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Onions 4
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a boiler, place the potatoes and onions together, boil the thoroughly
2.Once boiled completely, drain them
3.Make a white sauce of the liquid, flour, and fat and combine with the potato and onion pulp.
4.Season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
5.Beat with an egg beater
6.Again boil the soup

SERVING
7.Serve with salads or garlic bread
