Summertime Soup

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green shallots/Scallions 4 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Green pepper 1⁄4 , seeded and cut into 3 pieces
  Condensed tomato soup 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 3 Drop
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon (For Topping)
Directions

Measure all ingredients except the sour cream into the blender container.
Cover and blend for 30 seconds.
Chill until icy cold and serve in chilled soup dishes.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon sour cream.
