|Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green shallots/Scallions||4 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 , seeded and cut into 3 pieces|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon (For Topping)|
Measure all ingredients except the sour cream into the blender container.
Cover and blend for 30 seconds.
Chill until icy cold and serve in chilled soup dishes.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon sour cream.
