  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Chicken 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1 Pint
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by chopping the meat into small pieces

2.In a pot, simmer the pieces in water for 2 1/2 hours
3.Take a strainer and strain the pieces through several folds of cheesecloth
