Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin 1 Can (10 oz)
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
Directions

Melt butter in deep saucepan; blend in flour; add milk gradually.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Stir in remaining ingredients except egg yolk.
Heat, blend some of the hot mixture with egg yolk.
Return to soup, stirring constantly, heat for 2 minutes longer
