Apple And Lettuce Soup With Almonds

Soups are mainly an appetizer, and served before the meal. Apple and Lettuce Soup with Almonds have a taste combination of Lettuces and almonds. The pepper makes it a strong. Apple and Lettuce Soup with Almonds have a mouth filling taste.
Ingredients
  Lettuces 2 , cut into thin strips
  Blanched almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the apple into rounds and put in a casserole dish with 3 (2) tablespoons of water.
Cover and microwave on high for 7 minutes or until the apple slices are soft.
Add the lettuce strips to the casserole with 1/2 cup (125 ml/ 4 fl oz) of water.
Cover and microwave for a further 10 minutes.
Puree the almonds and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
Set aside.
Puree the apple and lettuce mixture in a food processor.
Pass the puree through a strainer (sieve), if it is not smooth enough.
Return the mixture to the casserole.
Add the pureed almonds and the milk.
Stir well.
Season with nutmeg and add salt and pepper to taste.
Microwave for 4 minutes on high.
