Iced Turtle Soup

Ingredients
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Canned clear turtle soup 16 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Water 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Caviar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve the gelatin in a little cold water and mix with the turtle soup.
Using the empty can, fill with 3/4 water and top with equal quantities of dry sherry and lemon juice.
Season to taste and chill in a bowl until set.
Spoon into serving cups and garnish with a dot of sour cream and a sprinkle of caviar.
