Cream Of Celeriac Soup

Cream of Celeriac Soup is simply a family soup, as it has the taste which suits everyone. The faultless mixture of celeriac, onion, potato, white wine, milk, butter, egg yolks, ground spice, with dash of pepper and salt makes the Cream of celeriac soup a complete family soup.
Ingredients
  Peeled diced celeriac 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, finely sliced
  Potato 1 Medium, finely sliced
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put the celeriac, potato and onion in a casserole and add the white wine.
Cover and microwave onhigh for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Pour the mixture into a food processor.
Pour the milk and 3/4 cup (200 ml/7 fl oz) of water into a large dish and heat in the oven onhigh for 4-5 minutes.
Do not allow the mixture to boil over.
Stir the milk and water mixture into the vegetables in the food processor.
Add the butter, egg yolks, celery salt, allspice and pepper.
Puree until smooth.
Add salt to taste.
