Cream Of Cauliflower Soup
|Cauliflower head||1 Small, cut into pieces|
|Blade mace||1 Small|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Medium white sauce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Simmer pieces of cauliflower, mace, and onion in water for 20 minutes, or untik tender.
Press through a sieve or stir until smooth, combine with Medium- White Sauce, add seasonings, and heat.
Add grated cheese immediately before serving, if desired, or serve withcroutons made of fried bread cubes.
