Cream Of Cauliflower Soup

My family goes nust over this Cream Of Cauliflower Soup. Very simple and easy to make, this Cream Of Cauliflower Soup is appetizingly inviting to start off a grant meal. Give it a try and I am sure no one ever hate this.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Small, cut into pieces
  Blade mace 1 Small
  Onion slice 1
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Medium white sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Simmer pieces of cauliflower, mace, and onion in water for 20 minutes, or untik tender.
Press through a sieve or stir until smooth, combine with Medium- White Sauce, add seasonings, and heat.
Add grated cheese immediately before serving, if desired, or serve withcroutons made of fried bread cubes.
