Ingredients
  Cubed avocado 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Hot chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Clam broth 1 Cup (16 tbs), hot
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place avocado and eggs in heated tureen.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour into tureen; garnish with parsley .
