Ham And Cabbage Soup

Include this absolutely irresistible Ham And Cabbage Soup in your dinner menu ! Spoonfuls of this hot Ham and Cabbage soup with a dash of salt and pepper sprinkled over makes a perfect appetizer for a winter night meal !
Ingredients
  Ham with bone 1 Pound
  Celery cabbage 1 Pound
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add the ham with the bone, turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cut the celery cabbage into quarters and into 1 inch slices.
Add to the soup, and season with soy sauce and salt.
Bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Remove the ham and discard the bone.
Cube the meat and return to the soup.
Simmer for another 2 minutes and then serve very hot in a deep bowl.
