Beetroot And Carrot Soup
|Chopped peeled beetroot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peeled chopped carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 In a pressure cooker, add beetroot and carrot.
2 Add in 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
3 Allow to cool.
4 In a blender jar, put the cooled vegetables.
5 Puree into a smooth soup.
6 Pass through a strainer.
7 Return to the pan and re heat.
8 Serve hot in individual soup bowls.
