Cream Of Avocado Soup With Salmon Caviar

Ingredients
  Avocado pears 2
  Fresh lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Sour cream/Crme fraiche 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Salmon caviar 4 Ounce (1 Small Jar)
Directions

Pour 21/4 cups (500 ml/18 fl oz) of water into a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Halve, stone and peel the avocado pears and slice into strips.
Add the lemon juice and puree until smooth in a food processor.
When the water is very hot, crumble the bouillon (stock) cubes into it.
Pour this liquid into the food processor and stir in the sour cream (creme fraiche).
Puree once more.
Add salt and pepper to taste (the soup should not be too salty).
