Classic Egg Drop Soup
This Egg Drop Soup makes a superly good appetizer ! Not only the Chnese, the Japanese, Amercans and French also savor variants of this delicious Egg Drop Soup ! A simple and easily prepared soup, just try this out and tell me if you like it !
|Chicken stock||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Scallion stalk||1 , finely chopped|
Heat chicken stock in a saucepan, beat eggs well and pour in a thin stream into the soup, stirring constantly.
Add soy sauce, salt to taste and simmer for about 30 seconds.
Serve in a deep bowl and garnish with finely chopped scallions.
