Onion Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Medium, thinly sliced
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Beef broth 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 3 quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Saute onions until golden, stirring occasionally.
Remove onions; set aside.
Stir in flour.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add pepper.
Slowly add broth and water to the flour mixture and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Add noodles and sauteed onions.
Cover with lid ajar and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
