Onion Soup With Roquefort Cheese

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onions 7 Ounce
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Quart
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Roquefort 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the onions in a large casserole with the butter, cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Pour the milk over the onions and stir in the curry powder, cover and microwave forafurther8-10 minutes on HIGH until the milk reaches the boil.
Take care that it does not boil over.
Mix together the Roquefort and the egg in a soup tureen.
Stir in 1/4 cup (3-4 tablespoons) of the milk and onion mixture, stir well, then add the remaining mixture, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper to taste
