Ingredients
  Stewing hen 5 Pound (Use Wings, Neck, Leg And Back Of Stewing Hen)
  Water 1 Quart
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Rice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Pressure cook all ingredients at 15 lbs.pressure for 25 to 30 minutes.
Reduce pressure.
Remove chicken from cooker.
Strain liquid.
Remove skin and bones from chicken, cut meat into pieces, and add chicken meat to stock.
Return to cooker and reheat
