Ingredients
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and diced
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut from cob (2 Ears)
  Zucchini 3 , diced
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Meat stock 2 Quart
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Avocados 2 , peeled and cubed
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown pork in oil in deep kettle.
Add onion, corn, zucchini, green peppers, stock, and tomato paste; bring to a boil.
Cover.
Reduce heat, simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
Add avocado, cheese, and seasonings.
Reheat
