|Pork||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and diced|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Corn||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut from cob (2 Ears)|
|Zucchini||3 , diced|
|Green peppers||2 , chopped|
|Meat stock||2 Quart|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Avocados||2 , peeled and cubed|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Brown pork in oil in deep kettle.
Add onion, corn, zucchini, green peppers, stock, and tomato paste; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
