Pigeon Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Pork 1 Pound, cubed
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ham 1⁄4 Pound, cubed
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pigeon peas 20 Ounce
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
Directions

Brown pork in oil in deep kettle for about 10 minutes.
Add ham, water, tomato sauce, onion, peppers, tomato, garlic, coriander, and pigeon peas.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes; add rice and salt.
Cover; cook over low heat for 25 minutes, or until rice is tender
