|Fish stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Sweet Or Sour)|
|Fish balls/Meat of fish stock||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Heat stock, blend flour and butter together, and add to stock with milk boil until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
