Asian Style Watercress Soup

This Watercress Soup tastes incredible ! Rich, luxurious watercress has been my favorite be it for sandwiches or for a side course and now this soup is the best of all watercress dishes that I've ever tasted ! Try out this utterly delicious Watercress soup topped with a dollop of whipped cream to see if you agree with me ! I'm waiting for your comments !
Ingredients
  Watercress 2 Cup (32 tbs), tightly packed
  Lean beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sesame seed oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the watercress thoroughly and discard the hard stems.
Dice the lean beef fine and mix well in a bowl with the soy sauce, oil and salt.
Allow it to stand for about 30 minutes.
Bring the chicken broth and water to a boil and add watercress.
Stir well, and when it comes to the boil again add a drop of sesame seed oil and the meat.
Stir thoroughly and serve very hot.
