Iced Strawberry Soup
The iced strawberry soup is prepared with hulled strawberries and yogurt. Made with white wine and added sugar, the iced strawberry soup is sweet and can be served chilled as dessert too.
|Strawberries||1 Quart, rinsed dried, hulled and sliced|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||16 Ounce|
Combine strawberries and wine in blender until smooth.
Force mixture through sieve to remove seeds.
Return puree to blender; add sugar and yogurt; blend thoroughly.
