Iced Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3 , peeled, stoned or seeded and mashed
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Chicken stock 1 Pint (300 Milliliter Or 1 Cup)
  Toasted croutons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Used To Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Mix the avocado, lemon juice, and seasoning with enough stock to give a smooth consistency.
Chill well.
2 Serve garnished with crisp croutons.
