Iced Avocado Soup
|Ripe avocados||3 , peeled, stoned or seeded and mashed|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Chicken stock||1 Pint (300 Milliliter Or 1 Cup)|
|Toasted croutons||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Used To Garnish)|
1 Mix the avocado, lemon juice, and seasoning with enough stock to give a smooth consistency.
2 Serve garnished with crisp croutons.
