|Canned vegetable juice||46 Ounce|
|Canned red beans||32 Ounce, rinsed, drained (Two 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Canned whole tomatoes||16 Ounce, drained, diced (One Can)|
|Tomatoes with green chiles||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Low fat italian dressing||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Green cabbage head||1 Small, chopped|
Brown the ground beef in a Dutch oven, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Add the vegetable juice cocktail, beans, tomatoes, tomatoes with green chiles and dressing mix; stir well.
Add the cabbage and Cajun seasoning.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
