Fish and Rice Soup

Ingredients
  Fish filet 400 Gram
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chop
  Onion 1 Large, chop
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 300 Milliliter
  Onion rings 1 Medium
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, garnish
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked, drained
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a pan and add oil and ground pepper to it.
2. Add garlic, onion, lemon rind, white wine and sauté them.
3. Add fish and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add water. Rice, onions, lemon rind and parsley.
5. Cover the pan and cook for few minutes.
6. Add more water and cook again for a couple of minutes.
7. Fish Rice soup is ready.

SERVING
8. Serve it as a complete meal in a bowl.
