Beef Soup Aravanaiko

|Beef stock||3 Quart|
|Lean beef||3 Pound, cut in 2 1/2 inch squares|
|Canned tomatoes||30 Ounce (Two 15 Ounce Cans)|
|Ripe tomatoes||4 Medium, peeled, seeded, and diced|
|Macaroni||1 Pound, cooked according to directions on package|
|Grated kefalotyri cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or More To Taste)|
Heat stock to boiling.
Add meat and tomato sauce.
Simmer until, meat is tender (about 2 hours).
Add tomato pieces.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add cooked macaroni.
Top with grated cheese before serving.
