Beef Soup Aravanaiko

Ingredients
  Beef stock 3 Quart
  Lean beef 3 Pound, cut in 2 1/2 inch squares
  Canned tomatoes 30 Ounce (Two 15 Ounce Cans)
  Ripe tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled, seeded, and diced
  Macaroni 1 Pound, cooked according to directions on package
  Grated kefalotyri cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or More To Taste)
Directions

Heat stock to boiling.
Add meat and tomato sauce.
Simmer until, meat is tender (about 2 hours).
Add tomato pieces.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add cooked macaroni.
Heat thoroughly.
Top with grated cheese before serving.
