Wine Soup (Polewka Z Wina)
|White wine||1 Quart|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick||3 Inch|
Bring wine, water, and spices to boiling.
Strain; discard spices.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick.
Slowly add the hot wine mixture, beating constantly until a thick foam forms at the top.
Be careful not to curdle the yolks by pouring hot wine too fast.
Serve in cups with wafers.
