Cream Of Avocado Soup

If you love avocado, you will love the Cream Of Avocado Soup for sure. This soup requires just a handful of ingredients and will not take much of your time for the preparation part. Keep in mind that this is a make ahead preparaiation and you are require to refrigerate for 5-24 hours before serving.
|Avocados||2 Large, peeled and mashed|
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned chicken broth||13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In blender container combine all ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Cover; blend till smooth.
Refrigerate 5 to 24 hours.
If desired, garnish each serving with dried dillweed.
Serves 8 to 10.
