Chef Belucci is making veal soup using all the leftover bits and pieces of the veal. He is also using the raw leftovers of various vegetables. A good recipe to learn Veal soup.
300 Gram, par cooked
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
1. In a soup pot heat margarine and olive oil.
2. Add veal in it. Sauté it.
3. Add arrowroot to the stock or water and then pour the stock in the soup pot and bring it to boil
4. Add vegetables and cook them.
5. Adjust salt and pepper.
