Beef Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
  Chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped coarsely
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon (Instant Variety)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned corned beef 12 Ounce, broken into chunks (1 Can)
Directions

In large saucepan combine chopped cabbage, tomatoes, water, instant minced onion, beef bouillon granules, sugar, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, till cabbage is tender, about 30 minutes.
Stir in corned beef chunks; heat through.
Serves 4 or 5.
