Caraway Soup (Zupa Kminkowa)

Ingredients
  Meat broth/Bouillon / meat stock 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Caraway seed 2 Tablespoon
  Browned flour 2 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Diced kielbasa/Salami 1⁄2 Pound, cooked or smoked (Polish Sausage)
  Buttered croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Rapidly simmer broth with caraway seed 15 minutes.
Strain and discard seed.
Blend flour into butter until smooth.
Return broth to saucepan.
Stir in flour mixture and sausage.
Bring just to boiling, stirring.
Serve garnished with croutons and, if desired, sour cream.
