Tasty Panera Black Bean Soup

A slightly spicy bean soup topped with homemade creme fraiche and lime slice.
Ingredients
  Black beans 2 Can (20 oz), drained
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Corn starch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Mixed In 1.5 Tablespoon Water)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Celery stalks 1 , finely sliced
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Ground cumin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Creme fraiche 1 Tablespoon (For Topping)
Directions

Combine all chopped vegetables in pan with hot water and cook 7 minutes. Add 1 can of beans and the bouillon cubes and cook 5 minutes.
Place in blender and blend on high 1 minute. Add cumin and salt and blend 10 seconds, return to pan with remaining can of beans. Add lemon juice and simmer 10 minutes, add hot peppers if you like. Serve in a bowl with creme fraiche on top.
