Creative Tuna Soup
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Frozen italian style vegetables in sauce||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Chicken broth||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Cooked pasta||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cut lamb from bones; place with bones in kettle with water.
Cover kettle and cook slowly several hours.
One hour before serving, remove bones; add remaining ingredients.
Thicken with a little flour, if desired.
Continue cooking 1 hour.
