#969 Carrot Soup

The other day I made some carrot soup.
  Carrot 1 , chunk
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Garlic tops 3
  Ginger slices 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mochi 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shichimi 1 Teaspoon

1)Pour the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
2)Then add the carrot, onion, some ginger, soy sauce and olive oil. Cook it for twenty minutes.
3)Let it cool down for a few minutes and place it in the blender.
4)Place the soup back in the saucepan and add garlic tops and some mochi.
5)Cook it for 5 minutes.

6)Serve the soup in a bowl with some shichimi on top and enjoy!
