Bratwurst-Cheese Soup

The bratwurst and cheese soup is a meaty and full flavored soup prepared with smoked bratwurst sausage. Cooked with carrots and ceelry and then in mik, the bratwurst soup is simply seasoned with salt and pepper and is a filling soup for hunger pangs.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Carrots 2 , shredded
  Stalk celery 1 , thinly sliced
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Smoked bratwurst 8 Ounce, sliced
  Cubed pasteurized processed cheese spread 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a large saucepan melt the margarine or butter.
Add carrots and celery.
Cook till tender.
Stir in flour and pepper till blended.
Add milk and bratwurst.
Cook and stir over medium heat about 8 minutes or till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Add process cheese spread.
Cook, stirring constantly, till process cheese spread is melted.
