|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 , shredded|
|Stalk celery||1 , thinly sliced|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Smoked bratwurst||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Cubed pasteurized processed cheese spread||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a large saucepan melt the margarine or butter.
Add carrots and celery.
Cook till tender.
Stir in flour and pepper till blended.
Add milk and bratwurst.
Cook and stir over medium heat about 8 minutes or till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Add process cheese spread.
Cook, stirring constantly, till process cheese spread is melted.
