|Diced vegetables||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , diced|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put all vegetables into the cooker.
Add salt, pepper, and water.
Close cover on cooker.
Set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 5 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Stir in the sour cream and simmer until hot.
Serve soup at once
