  Chicken broth 1 Quart
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Shaved ginger root 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Slivered pork roast/Slivered veal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Egg 1
Directions

Bring broth to a boil and stir in soy sauce, ginger, slivered meat, and onions.
Whisk egg until frothy and pour into the broth, swirling with a fork, and remove from heat.
