|Chicken broth||1 Quart|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Shaved ginger root||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Slivered pork roast/Slivered veal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
Bring broth to a boil and stir in soy sauce, ginger, slivered meat, and onions.
Whisk egg until frothy and pour into the broth, swirling with a fork, and remove from heat.
