Ingredients
  Crookneck squash 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed and sliced (4 Units)
  Carrot 1 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Leeks 1 , sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chicken stock/3 cups water and 4 bouillon cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped chives/Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place in a large saucepan the squash carrot onion leek garlic, chicken stock, cumin, and nutmeg.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add Tabasco, turn into a blender container, and puree.
Add salt to taste.
Chill.
Serve with yogurt and chopped chives.
