  Stewing chicken pieces 4 Pound (2 Kilogram)
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped (With Leaves)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Carrots 2
  Tomato 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the chicken pieces in a large saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil.
Add vegetables and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer for about 2-2 1/2 hours.
Strain broth.
If desired you may remove meat from the bones and return to the soup.
