Quick Carrot Soup

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 , chopped
  Whole wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Hot milk 1 Quart
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely grated
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Heat oil and in it lightly saute onions.
Blend flours, milk powder, salt, yeast and bay leaf in milk.
Stir into onions.
Add carrots, thyme and cumin gently for 10 minutes.
Blend smooth and serve hot.
