Gourmet Style Coconut Shrimp Soup

Ingredients
  Minced shallots/Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 4 , ground
  Accent seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Heavy cream 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Raw shrimp 2 Pound, shelled, cleaned, and diced
  Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Pound or chop to a paste the shallots, garlic, anchovy paste, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, salt, coriander, Ac'cent, and Tabasco.
Blend with the coconut milk and cream.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Add the shrimp and lemon rind; cook 5 minutes.
