Cream Of Spinach Soup
|Onions||50 Gram, chopped|
|Tomatoes||150 Gram, chopped|
|Spinach||400 Gram, chopped|
|Pepper powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cream fresh||2 Tablespoon|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, roasted|
Place the onions, tomatoes and spinach leaves in a 2 litre deep dish.
Add 250 ml(1 cup) water and microwave on auto cook 3 after increasing the quantity to 600 gms.
Using the buttons on the control panel.
Stir once during cooking.
Allow to cool.
Puree and strain.
Heat the butter in a 2 litre deep dish on 100% power for 40 seconds.
Add the roasted cumin seeds, pureed and strained vegetables and milk.
Bring to a boil, on 100% power for 5:00 minutes Dissolve the cornflour, in a little water and add to the boiling soup.
Stir and microwave on 80% power for 3-5 minutes, till thick.
Serve hot garnished with lightly beaten cream
